Is the 50% discount only for the first year?

Yes. The discounted amount applies to year one. After that, the license renews at the standard yearly rate for the chosen plan.

What is the difference between license options?

You have a choice between yearly or lifetime licenses. Yearly ones come with an optional subscription, lifetime is self-explanatory. Then there’s the choice between 1, 5 and 10 sites per license. If you go with a one site license, you can use it on a single website. You can’t use it on more than one website. So if you need more sites, development environments or staging sites, you should go with 5 or 10 sites license options.

Is SwipeWP subscription optional?

You do not have to commit to a recurring subscription in order to purchase SwipeWP. After purchase simply go to your account > subscriptions and cancel it. Even if you cancel your subscription, you have access to all the active license holders’ privileges for as long as your license remains active.

How does support work and what is covered?

You can contact us from your account or using the contact form on our website. As long as you have an active license, you have access to our technical support. We cover bugs, general configuration questions and assist however we can. Our support does not include customizations or development work. Please see our full Support Policy for all the details.

How long do I have access to downloads, updates for?

Active License holders have access to Updates and Upgrades for no additional cost. We try to release a new version every few weeks. As long as you have an active license you have full access to file downloads of all plugins included in your purchased bundle.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full refunds on new purchases, if you’re not happy with SwipeWP, contact us and we’ll issue a refund. See full Refund Policy here.

Can someone start small and upgrade later?

Yes, that is the natural sales path this page supports. A buyer can begin with 1 site, then move up if they need more installs.
